Day-by-day itinerary
Morning pick-up in Nairobi and drive south to Amboseli. Afternoon game drive through the swamps and plains with Kilimanjaro in view.
Morning and afternoon game drives — elephant families, buffalo, hyena and abundant birdlife — with time to relax at the lodge in between. Optional visit to a Maasai village.
Drive north into the Great Rift Valley with a stop at the escarpment viewpoint. Afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park in search of black and white rhino and Rothschild giraffe.
Morning boat ride on Lake Naivasha among hippos and fish eagles, then continue to the Maasai Mara, arriving for lunch and an afternoon game drive.
A full day of game drives with a picnic lunch, exploring the plains and the Mara River. Optional dawn hot-air balloon safari.
Early-morning game drive and breakfast, then drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon.
